Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller is a REALTOR® with Charles Rutenberg Realty, serving the Tampa and Wesley Chapel areas. He began his career in 1999 and has been active in the field for 26 years, handling transactions for buyers and sellers across various property types.

Jeff earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Southern Connecticut State University. Since moving to Wesley Chapel in 2004, he has raised five children who attend local schools and has built strong roots in the community.

In addition to his work in real estate, Jeff has contributed to local civic initiatives. He has served as Chair of the Wesley Chapel Economic Development Committee, the Wesley Chapel Art Show, and the Wesley Chapel Fall Festival. In 2009, he ran as a candidate for Honorary Mayor of Wesley Chapel, further demonstrating his involvement in community affairs.

Jeff’s background also includes credentials outside of real estate. He holds an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) and has maintained roles in photography and videography since the 1980s and 1990s, respectively. His earlier work includes serving as Photo Editor for his high school newspaper, The Gael Winds.

Additional recognitions include graduating from the 2018 Pasco County Citizens Academy and receiving the Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year award on two occasions.
